FAQ

1. What kind of PDFs that I can upload?
   You can upload any PDF and as many PDF files as you want. Your PDF file capacity is up to10MB (100 MB for VIP users) and has unlimited number of pages. To save your wait time and our server capacity, smaller PDF file is always recommended. Please make sure all pages are in a same page size. Moreover, some pages might turn unintentionally or be stretched when onscreen page size is adjusted. Please also check that your PDF has only 1 page devided per page before you convert the file. All the pages that you want in the SWF output file must be in a same PDF.
2. Is there a time limit on how long the conversion link will be valid on the internet using the free online conversion?
   For free online conversion, we will from time to time delete old files to release free spaces on our server and it is estimated each publication can be free hosted on aXmag website for 3 months.
   For VIP users, the hosting on aXmag server is life-time.
3. How to create my account on aXmag?
   You can create an aXmag account by simply uploading a PDF file. Once the PDF is uploaded and converted, an email will be sent to you and you can find your user name and password to log in your aXmag account.
   In this way, you can view the list of the files which you've previously uploaded and delete old files.
4. I uploaded a PDF but why I did not receive any email?
   Please check your spam filter as some mails are caught in spam filters. Heavy traffic can also cause delays. If you still haven't received an email within an hour, please contact us.
5. Using the free online conversion, which product is suggested?
   If you are satisfied with the online conversion result and would like to get the converted files, please consider purchasing the individual PDF conversion service or VIP service.
